Returns & Exchanges
To ensure a smooth returns experience, please review the guidelines below:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accompanying accessories (such as straps).

Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or revision.

Personalized items (including monogrammed items) are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or revision.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Purchases made through authorized retailers (including department stores and specialty boutiques) must be returned directly to the retailer—they cannot be processed through trelleco.com.

Returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded back to that gift card.

Gifts without an original purchase on file are eligible for store credit only.

Once your return is received and processed, please allow up to seven business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

A $10 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label and restocking.

Return Processing Fee: A $10 fee applies to all returns for a refund. This helps us maintain our high quality-control standards for every item.
