Order Processing
At Trelle, we work carefully to ensure every order is packed beautifully and sent on its way as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary based on item availability or credit-card verification. All timelines are listed in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, and an additional 1–2 business days during promotional periods or times of high order volume.
Monogrammed pieces are made just for you—please allow 8–10 business days from the time your order is placed for them to ship.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package leaves our warehouse. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery.
If we encounter any issues with your order, we’ll reach out via email right away.
Pre-Orders
Items purchased on pre-order will ship separately from in-stock items in your order. Estimated shipping dates can be found on each product page.
All pre-order items ship via standard economy shipping once available. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, you are welcome to select expedited shipping for the in-stock portion.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To keep orders moving swiftly through our fulfillment process, we’re unable to cancel orders, adjust items, or modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
